Kansas House Legislative Director arrested for DUI

TOPEKA (WIBW)-- The Kansas Legislative Director for the Office of the House Majority Leader was booked into the Shawnee County Jail for driving under the influence.

According to Shawnee County Jail records, Mitchell Rucker, 24, was booked for DUI and driving left of center.

He was released Wednesday after posting $1,000 bond.

Rucker served as Field Director for the 2016 Roger Marshall campaign.
