Jury trial dates set for two men accused in March triple homicide

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Trial dates are set for two men accused in a March triple homicide.

Shane Mays and Joseph Lowry are charged with the deaths of two of the victims, Matthew Leavitt and Nicole Fisher. Mays' trial is set for March 12th and Lowery's is set for April 9th.

Leavitt, Fisher and Luke Davis were found dead in a home on NW Grant.

Earlier this month, Joseph Krahn pleaded not guilty to the murders of all three.

Court dates are also set for two other people accused in the crime. Brian Flowers has a trial March 19th and Kora Liles' preliminary hearing is set for November 16th.
