Jackson Co. Sheriff's Office offering reward for Most Wanted suspect

TOPEKA (WIBW)-- Jackson County authorities are offering a reward for the capture of a man wanted for kidnapping and aggravated assault.

Jackson County Sheriff Tim Morse says the warrant for Shaun Barber, 33, stems from a December 8th domestic incident n the Prairie Band Potawatomi Reservation.

He says Barber and his father were in a vehicle chasing the victim, and forced the victim's vehicle off the road.

Barber is Native American, 6 feet tall, 170 pounds, with brown hair and eyes with a medium skin tone.

Anyone with information should contact the Jackson County Sheriff's Office at 364-2251.

Barber's father was arrested the day of the incident on aggravated battery and drug charges, and is free on bond.
