TOPEKA (WIBW)-- A former Geary County corrections officer charged with unlawful sexual relations with a female inmate has been sentenced.
The JC Post reports Brian O'Loughlin will spend two years on supervised probation.
He pleaded no contest earlier this week to two counts of misdemeanor battery, possession of marijuana and interference with judicial process.
The unlawful sexual relations charges were dropped.
O'Loughlin was arrested April 20th after he was accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a female inmate.
