Ewing found not guilty in first sexual assault trial; still faces 3 more trials

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- Jurors have returned not guilty verdicts against a man accused of raping a 13-year-old girl.

Jacob Ewing was charged with aggravated criminal sodomy and aggravated indecent liberties with a child under 14.

A jury was chosen on Monday and jurors got the case on Thursday. Special Prosecutor Jacquie Spradling told 13 NEWS they returned the verdict just after 4 p.m.

This is Ewing's first trial. He faces three other trials on sexual assault charges involving five women.
