TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -Three new businesses opened in the NOTO Arts District Friday night.
The Scarlet Window cut the ribbon on its North Kansas Avenue location Friday, as did Megan Rogers Photographie and Ballet Folklorico!!
They welcomed people into their new stores during Friday night first Friday celebrations.
The Scarlet Window offers art made by the owner and other local artists, handmade soaps, candles and other unique gift items.
Megan Rogers Photographie offers family or back to school portraits.
Ballet Folklorico has been around 36 years and continues to offer dance programs to keep children in school.
