TOPEKA -- The Temple Beth Sholom, located near Gage Boulevard and SW Munson Drive, held its 47th annual Blintz Brunch Sunday, which featured not only food but entertainment, a gift shop, and bake sale.
Rabbi Debbie Stiel, said "People come and the get to learn a little about Judaism, see what Jewish dancing, music is like and learn Jewish words. It's just a great feel good event."
Blintzes, knishes, rugula, and all kinds of treat were served up, along with the heritage lesson. Today's event was held from 9:00 till 1:30 this afternoon. Another large crowd came for the Brunch again this year, which also featured a raffle for a $750 gift certificate from a Topeka jewelry store.
