Senior Games Begin In Topeka

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)- Hundreds of athletes are visiting the capital city to compete in the 28th Annual Kansas Senior Olympics.

Athletes 50 and older, from all over the country will participate over the next two weeks. They'll compete in 18 different sports, in everything from basketball to badminton, even to pickleball!

Topeka is the only sanctioned site in Kansas allowing athletes to qualify for the National Senior Games.
