MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) -- If you're looking for a bargain at the pump, head to the Little Apple where some gas stations are charging less than three dollars a gallon.
WIBW crews found unleaded gas for $2.94 in Manhattan Friday at the Hy-Vee gas station at the corner of Leavenworth Street and Tuttle Creek Boulevard, the Dillons gas station on Sarber Lane (near the intersection of Tuttle Creek Boulevard and Highway 24) and the Route 66 near the corner of Allen Road and Tuttle Creek Boulevard.
According to GasBuddy.com, a website that tracks gas prices across each state, Manhattan currently holds the top three spots for the cheapest gas prices in Kansas.
The Sam's Club locations in Topeka also ranked near the top of the list on GasBuddy.com, charging $3.12 (SW Wanamaker Road location) and $3.15 (N Rock Rd & KS-96 location), according to the site.
