JOPLIN, MO (WIBW) -- The Red Cross says tornado ravaged Joplin is being overrun with donations of water and clothing.
The Red Cross says residents are grateful for the public's help, but right now there aren't resources for storing and managing the overwhelming amount of donations they're receiving.
