WICHITA, Kan. – Kansas Big Brothers Big Sisters (KSBBBS), the second largest one-to-one mentoring organization in the nation, announced a reorganization of staff today. The restructuring includes the appointment of Area Supervisors who will provide leadership, guidance and support to other Big Brothers Big Sisters agencies statewide.

Nancy Daniels will continue to serve as Executive Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Topeka and will take on new responsibilities as a Kansas Big Brothers Big Sisters Area Supervisor beginning June 1, 2011.

“Making these changes will allow us to streamline our processes, focus on strategic planning and fund development while providing high-quality services for children statewide,” Dan Soliday, President/CEO, KSBBBS. “The appointment of these Area Supervisors will make our organization more statewide in its approach to management. Nancy is a great example of a true leader in our organization. We feel her experience and success in non-profit management will be an outstanding resource for other Big Brothers Big Sisters agencies in the area and across the state.”

“While at BBBS, Nancy has done an amazing job of providing high-quality mentoring services to at-risk youth in the Topeka area,” Soliday said.
