TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Topeka church members on Sunday listened to a former Muslim jihadist tell his story and why he converted to Christianity many years ago.
Kamal Saleem was born into a large sunni muslim family in Lebanon.
At an early age he was recruited by the Palestinian Liberation Organization ...a radical muslim group.
Years of terrorist training went by resulting in Saleem mastering every form of offensive and defensive terrorist tactics.
However, his story didnt end like this. In 1985, his mission changed.
Today he speaks to churches and organizations around the country about his experience as a PLO terrorist and his encounters with Christians that changed his life.
Saleem says radical islam is what he warns of.
