Parishioners at Our Lady of Guadalupe church will soon say goodbye to their new priest.
A congregation filled....hearts open and ready to listen to the gospel spoken to them by Father Robert Conroy affectionately called Father Bob.
The Washburn Rural High School graduate turned Roman Catholic Priest returned to Topeka after 23 years of ministering to spanish speaking people in many different countries .
He says he enjoys being in Topeka and appreciates the opportunity.
Our Lady of Guadalupe church welcomed ...Father Bob only 8 months ago and now they must say goodbye.
In July he'll be transferred by the Kansas Dioscese to a parish in Overland Park.
Father Bob says he was placed at Our lady of Guadalupe by the bishop in order to re-aclimate to the United States.
