TOPEKA, Kansas- Senator Sam Brownback is making the rounds as he introduces his Lieutenant Governor selection to supporters. The new team launched a two day statewide tour Tuesday.
Senator Sam Brownback and his Liuetenant Governor selection Jeff Colyer say they have a roadmap for Kansas with concrete steps toward a better future for the state.
Healthcare is part of the reason Brownback says he chose state Senator Jeff Colyer as the name to appear with his on the ballot -- officially filing the paperwork Tuesday.
A5th generation Kansan Colyer is a reconstructive surgeon who grew up in Hays.. and is noted for his humanitarian efforts.
Brownback says his administration would initially focus on 3 great challenges.. growing the economy...improving education.. and protecting families.
