From handmade chocolate covered strawberries to macadamian clusters the artist behind these works of art knows all too well the dedication…patience and the right amount of sugar required.
Terry Xidis, co-owner of Hazel Hill says, "You do have to have an ability to see the finished product and what looks nice and what doesn’t but I do think its like any other skill that practice makes you better to make a nice product."
After 3 generations of chocolate makers the tradition continues at Hazel Hill…with candies, chocolates of every shape size and taste.
