After years of consideration by lawmakers a Kansas domestic violence law has been passed.
Its a bill that was pushed through legislation for 4 years. Governor Mark Parkinson signed the bill to track people who are continuously domestic violence offenders. Advocates say house bill 2517 is a good way to keep track of domestic violence crimes but will also reduce the amount of offenders...
