Step Up for Down Syndrome
One Topeka youth has been picked to be on the big screen in Times Square this weekend.
From the heartland to the big city....2 year old Eric Hamilton is making strides in our community and nationwide.
The photo of 2 year old Eric Hamilton was selected from over a thousand entries in the National Down Syndrome Society's worldwide search for photos.
Its all part of the National Down Syndrome society's efforts to raise awareness of the condition and September 25th they'll feature a video in Times Square.
Down syndrome is the most commonly occurring genetic condition.
The step up walk is hosted by first downs for Down Syndrome.
