Big Brothers Big Sisters has been bringing caring adults into the lives of children in Topeka for 45 years. These quality relationships are built on friendships and trust, and are proven to provide lasting positive influences in the lives of both the children and the volunteers.

We are a donor-supported organization that relies on volunteers and donors. Bowl For Kids Sake, our biggest annual fundraiser, allows us to reach out to the community and provide funds to support children by matching them with carefully screened adults.

Thanks to all of you, children are growing up with a mentor and friend instead of time on their hands. Our Littles won’t have to look for a sense of importance and belonging in gangs and violence. Help us help more kids—there are 180 on the waiting list.
