At Simply Hers we have 4 outdoor Bootcamps and one Indoor Camp per year. This year we lost over 242 inches and 97lbs overall through outdoor camps. We are currently in our 2nd week of our Indoor camp. If you are looking for creative training or just a good push, try us out this Spring. I am now motivated again, thanks to you guys and working on the same plan Amanda. Good luck to each of you. BTW, I have lost 4 lbs in the last two weeks. Thanks for the motivation.
