  • Posted By: JanaAmanda, it has been very exciting hearing about your training for the half marathon. I am actually training to run the same one. I decided back in November to do this. I have never been a runner, so I started out trying to run a mile at a time, this past weekend I ran my first 9 mile run. I am excited for the half marathon as it is actually on my birthday, and running it is my gift to myself. I will be 38 that day.

At Simply Hers we have 4 outdoor Bootcamps and one Indoor Camp per year. This year we lost over 242 inches and 97lbs overall through outdoor camps. We are currently in our 2nd week of our Indoor camp. If you are looking for creative training or just a good push, try us out this Spring. I am now motivated again, thanks to you guys and working on the same plan Amanda. Good luck to each of you. BTW, I have lost 4 lbs in the last two weeks. Thanks for the motivation.
