Place roast in slow cooker. Pour cranberry juice over meat. In small mixing bowl, blend brown sugar, cumin, chili powder, paprika and garlic salt. Sprinkle seasoning mixture over roast to coat. Cover; cook 6 to 7 hours on low setting. When cooked and tender, remove pork from cooker and place on cutting board. Shred pork with 2 forks. Serve on buns with barbecue sauce or serve on tortillas with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream and salsa. Serves 4 to 6
