In reviewing the stories of this year which is quickly passing by, there are sadly many stories of homicides or car accidents which taken the lives of people of promise. I'm especially heartbroken to read the stories of our teenagers who've been killed in crashes.
And young women like Shaylee Oxy, whose tragic death in an interstate car crash 6 weeks ago, brought a very sad Facebook post from a man who appeared to be her father when I read it last week.
In the last month we've also lost outstanding young teens like Jayamariah Jackson.. and there are so many others who we thought would be around forever, and are gone too soon.
Please write with your thoughts about the loved one you lost this year, and your emotions on going through this first Christmas holiday without them. We would be honored to have you share and celebrate their lives here with us. Maybe we will hear from more people who are fans of our blogs to share their thoughts as well.. as the years go by. Ralph
