My resolution (I hope) will combine a few of those -- I plan to change my lifestyle in a way that will (hopefully) make me healthier, happier, and kinder to the world. That's right, folks, I'm going vegan AGAIN.
I went vegan as a New Year's resolution three years ago. I did it for about 8 months. Vegan means I won't eat any animal products. I'm already vegetarian, so this change will mean the elimination of milk and cheese (but I love cheese) from my diet.
It's very tricky. Some of my friends are against it. It will require dedication to still be healthy and make sure I'm getting all the nutrition I need, without animal products. But, I think it's worth it. And if I can't do it - then there's always next year.
Do you guys think that's crazy? Let me have it. And share your resolutions. Maybe it will convince me to change mine. hahaha. I'm kidding.
Here's wishing you an amazing 2012!
