BTO DIP (Bacon Tomato Onion)

1 cup soy sour cream

½ cup soy cream cheese, softened

½ cup bacon, crumbled

½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

¼ cup light mayonnaise

¼ cup green onion, chopped

¼ cup basil, julienne


Combine in mixing bowl soy sour cream, soy cream cheese, bacon, sun-dried tomatoes, mayonnaise, green onion and basil. Chill to blend flavors. Serve with fresh vegetables or crackers. Makes about 3 cups.
