I must credit Producer Blake for first showing me this video. It combines the elements of "only on live TV" and "you can't make this stuff up!"

To set it up for you - a TV station in Canada teamed up with a local hospital to air the prize drawing for their fundraiser live in their studios. The woman with the group draws the winner from the 288,000 entries and stumbles over the name, but the anchors ask her to repeat it, clarify it, spell it - and make an amazing realization. It's even funnier when they call the winner live on the air!
