First Day of Training

Wish me luck.....this morning from 8AM-9AM is my first personal training session at the YMCA. I am working out with two trainers Dane and Beth! I am really excited to get started. This is all leading up to my new segment to air the first week in September, "Get Fit"

Tomorrow is just intro. body weight, fat index, set goals......So it should be pretty simple. The tough stuff starts on Monday--and also starting Monday is 5x a week.........I'm hating this idea already. ;0(   It just sounds so hard. LOL........So I will be bloggin about it so you all can keep my spirits up. Why cant I just have a natural 6 pac and not have to work for it.......hahaha.  And if you are like that don't tell me cuz it only makes me mad! You know who you are. LOL.
