Fiesta Mexicana is here, and under a heat wave this year!  Not the first time, it's ever happened folks but ready or not here it comes.. to help the Our Lady of Guadalupe Church and School.  My word for the 4:00 show today is TAMALES.  That's my favorite Fiesta food, and I won't be far away from a few as we do our live show from outside, as well as the Balandran Center and its kitchen Tuesday.
