From Ralph Hipp
The problems with our beloved Kansas City Chiefs are now so numerous, it's hard to pinpoint one sore spot the Arrowhead experts could repair. From the smaller to the larger:
1. That disastrous final Chiefs play was a blitz to the weak side, they knew it.. and you don't throw a screen pass to a receiver if you spot that blitz to the left side. Matt Cassell threw the screen pass anyway.
2. Bill Muir needs to come out of the press box and down in the trenches to get this offense figured out. Some have suggested Quarterbacks coach Jim Zorn should be high up to get a bird's eye view of what Cassel is messing up. NO first downs in the first half, really?
3. Scott Pioli should have been busy during the time between the end of the lockout and the end of the pre-season games, spending that $30 million gap in their salary cap. With Jamaal Charles and Eric Berry gone for the season, and Matt Cassell now even more down on himself and his play, we have no one who can step in to re-charge the team.
What's #4? Write and sound off on the problems, or how we could fix them. Can we beat the Vikes this weekend? That game is on FOX.. not WIBW. Ralph
