With Judge Vic Miller on the Municipal bench, Shawnee County is operated by a one woman, one man county commission at this time.  Veterans Shelly Buhler and Ted Ensley will make their decisions with an 0-2 or 2-0 decision until county party leaders can select the third commissioner to join them.

I'll keep this brief.  Make your case for someone you believe should sit on the county commission. This would be a Democrat, in Vic's district, and someone who would be well qualified to join these other two fine public servants in deciding some very important matters that connect closely to Topeka during these tough budget times.  We look forward to reading your potential nominees.
