Keep sending along those very short messages, e-mails or tweets you would send to Dr. Kevin Singer, Norton Bonaparte or Larry Walker.  It's on the upcoming departures of the first two, and anything you want to toss in there on my blog for the county treasurer to read if he surfs over this way.

I thought I would continue with your well wishes or your comments of any kind (no profanity please!) to our three newest Topeka council members, Chad Manspeaker (pictured above), Andrew Gray and Denise Everhart.  We are glad to offer this space to you, and look forward to reading what you'd like to say to them in guiding the Capital City in the right direction!    Ralph
