After striking the top of a water meter cover with the blade of my trusty 4-year old Sears Craftsman mower, the repairman called me this week to tell me fixing it would cost about $275. So you know the answer to that statement.
"I'll just get a new one."
After several of the Sears brands, we've decided to research this a little more on the web; and from here, that includes me asking you, if you can recommend a solid brand of a mower that you really swear by, not swear at. We'd like one that'll last five years if I don't bend the blade. Thanks for your suggestions and hope you can tell me "mower" about your favorite one.
