We knew WIBW would be in the money around July and August. We'd looked forward to the advertising Jerry Moran and Todd Tiahrt would bring us. But now, it's almost time for the commercials to stop, and for the returns to be counted Tuesday night. Millions are being spent on this Senate race; and it's only the primary!
But two things for sure in the world of politics; voters really can't stand negative advertising.
And negative advertising really works.
I wanted to give you a sounding board on whether the dozens of commercials in this race; for Moran, for Tiahrt, against Moran, against Tiahrt have enlightened you on whom you should vote for up until Tuesday. Or if you're not enlighted and educated, are you now completed disgusted?
We'd love to hear your thoughts. And after Tuesday, please continue to write about your reaction to the race and how you felt it was conducted.
After the commercials are gone, what kinds of commercials will we be running now? Will be back on the air with Melissa on August 9th. I'll be following the race along with you this week. Ralph
