I promised one of our viewers who wrote in recently that I would get him some comments to an issue that is infuriating him.
Why don't people STOP when it says STOP!
Scott asks, "can you find out why drivers don't stop at stop signs.. they just keep on going as though no signs or other drivers are there? (He says the Oakland drivers are the worst offenders.)
"The speed limit is set at 35 or 40 in different areas. The Highway Patrol, at one time told news reporters, they would allow five miles over the limits, and ever since then, the drivers are going 45 to 50 miles per hour, and the police allow it.."
What say you, Topeka drivers? Is he right, or just exaggerating?
