By Ralph Hipp If there's anything that would drive me up a wall, it's driving into a traffic jam. I couldn't stand it.. I actually have never been stranded for hours in traffic because I go out of my way to avoid them. Such a waste of time and gasoline! That's also why I've been taking to Twitter to type up traffic warnings of those mile-long jams. We've had two in Topeka recently, both at the East Topeka interchange of the turnpike. So my nearly 500 followers are told to avoid that area if they're going that way, and hopefully they can tweet-reach even more people, so we can help them. I have also tweeted once from Lawrence on their recent massive road paving project along Clinton Parkway leading to the KU campus.
Follow me on twitter and I can help you too! Share your thoughts of other ways we can keep traffic moving or stay safe on the highways with Twitter. RalphHipp
