BLARNEY, Ireland -  Our WIBW and WXII-TV tour group has turned back to the east heading for home after our first week in Ireland.   (Tomorrow's our last full day here!)   We pulled our huge red tour bus into Blarney this morning to kiss one of the most recognizable rocks on the Emerald Isle.. most of us puckered up and kissed the Blarney Stone today!  Famous writers and movie stars and millions of regular folks from all over the world have kissed the rock.  (You know me, I'd like to know some of those movie stars who've been here!)  Kissing the Blarney Stone is also listed by Discovery Channel as one of the 99 things most people put on their bucket list!  So I've already checked that off.. along with my longtime wish of visting Ireland.

Kissing the 'stone' gives you the gift of gab.. or I think in my case.. will keep me gabbing for a long time to come.  With our return to Dublin tomorrow night and our flight home, I should be talking with you on Thursday.. and I have lots of captureIreland pictures on my cellphone to share with you.

(p.s.  Nobody got a good shot of me kissing the Blarney Stone!  The official photographers picture of me is BAD!  Lauren's was really good, though.. maybe I can show you what it looks like.   Ralph)
