This is District One Week with the candidates, as Karen Hiller and Shawn Leisinger make a return visit to 13 News at 4 Tuesday and Wednesday.  We asked every council candidate the same questions in the first round, but now I want to make it your turn.  What questions would like ME to ask Karen Hiller and Shawn Leisinger for YOU?  District One is the heart of Topeka, getting one of these two hopefuls as their new council member after Lana Kennedy leaves.  (The third candidate, David Brown, announced on Monday's 4:00 news, that he's dropping out of the race and endorsing Leisinger.)
