Our new present awaits at the Hipp house.. a High-Definition set for Digital in 2009! We really work out the widescreen in our dining room area. (Does any family eat dinner without watching television??) Our new set will be connected in our basement, mostly for sports. But the lonely analog set in our bedroom is not going to be replaced.. he'll just have to have a converter box if we want to watch television up there. That one television set will introduce to the fine art of shopping for a converter box.
If you've bought one already, please chat with me and all of us in blogland.. on the best websites to research for compatible converter boxes. Where to find the best ones.. what they should cost.. and of course, any of the tricks you've found out there of people who aren't selling the best quality boxes.
I'm looking forward to converter-box land.. so we can keep our "square" TV set "hipp" to digital. Ralph
