It was pretty cold in the Hot Spot Monday morning on 13 News! A Chicago car was given more than 40 parking tickets before being towed, a man returns 50 year overdue library books and you can buy a piece of the Eiffel tower. I've got the details in Monday's Hot Spot report! Watch the video!

    OUCH, Does Amanda really dislike Drew? It seems she slams him when she gets the chance, ouch hard to watch.
