A running friend clued me in to a new web site she found addicting. She explained how you found things on the web you liked, marked them and it was all compiled in this one place. Plus, you could look around to see what other people you know found interesting.

It's called Pinterest and she sent me an invite to get on. Evidentally, many of you know a whole lot more about how this works than I do because I'm finding myself overwhelmed! I get how to "pin" new stuff to my own boards (although if someone knows how to make this compatible with iPad, I'd love to know!) but I'm having a tough time finding specific people, especially if I'm not already following them. For example, I didn't "follow back" the friend who invited me right away - and now I can't find her!

And is it all just a hodge podge? I get to my home page and see so much stuff I don't know where to start.

Perhaps that's my problem - I haven't really taken the time to just sit and play with it. Although that might be what you Pinterest veterans would caution is most dangerous - I might get addicted, too! But first, I need your help to figure it all out!
