Chances are you know one of those people who seems to have no trouble staying trim and healthy and you wonder how on earth they do it. An article posted on Yahoo! today editors of Men's Health would seem to offer some insight.
It's titled "The 7 Laws of Leanness." It's based on their two-decades experience interviewing and researching. Among the lessons - people who are lean for life EAT and they don't necessarily choose low-fat or fat-free. What? I thought you needed to diet and opt for the fat-free dressings and ice creams! (Oops - maybe that's the ice cream and dressing are the problem!)
Other bullet points: Lean people sit down to eat, plan what they're going to eat and watch less TV.
The bottom line in the seven laws seems to be healthy choices and moderation. Here's a link to the article: http://health.yahoo.net/experts/eatthis/7-laws-leanness. Let me know what you think.
