Fill Your Holiday Plate

Tis the season for holiday parties! Seems like the days from Thanksgiving through Jan. 1 are all about eating! I love food, so I'm not complaining. However, my wardrobe starts to protest if my workouts don't keep up with my snacking!

An article from "Cooking Light" posted on Yahoo! today aims to help you at the holiday dinner table. It lists the best and worst foods you typically find on your plate this time of year. Among the best are cranberries, turkey and - get this one! - cocoa! The worst? Mashed potatoes, pecan pie and eggnog.
