Another round of local elections is in the books. We knew going in that the Topeka City Council will welcome at least one new face, with Jack Woelfel opting not to seek re-election to the District 4 seat. At the end of the night, though, we had three new faces joining the council. Congratulations to Chad Manspeaker, Andrew Gray and Denise Everhart on their wins. Thanks to Woelfel, Jeff Preisner and Deborah Swank for your willingness to serve.
