Of the nearly 1000 pictures I took in Italy, I found a few more fun ones I wanted to share with you all. They bring back fond memories of the many lessons we learned. Among them:
*A big plate of pasta is merely an appetizer
*In Rome, there are no traffic rules - only traffic suggestions
*Wine is not an option - it's a requirement
*A small car makes it easy to park on the sidewalk
*Who needs traffic lanes when you have a scooter?!
*Ice in your drink is a luxury
*Bellying up to the bar for a shot means you're drinking espresso, not whiskey
*Appreciate the relics of the past and take time to appreciate the views - and there are many of them!
Doris has birthday tiramisu in Venice!
Doug's birthday in Florence (I promised not to use the pics of him dancing w/ our tour guide!)
A leather fashion show in Florence (You don't want to know how much that red jacket cost!)
Our dinner singer in Rome has a little fun w/ our Italian guide, Gemmj
Then gets personal with Frank....
...and Wes, too!
Rhonda and Mike pose with a view of Florence
What a group we are!
The car on this trailer is the common size you'd see on the streets (see what I mean about parking on the sidewalk?!)
