The final episode is in the books, barring some miraculous rescue by another network. What did you think? I'm glad they they gave us enough of a wrap up that you don't feel like you're hanging. But it's also open-ended enough that they could easily bring back some special TV movies. I do wonder what the cliffhanger ending was! If they'd been renewed for a third season, what would they have done? Would Hawkins have survived? Or would they just have ended it when they crashed through the Texas embassy? I've heard a couple comments that it seemed like they took two or three episodes and smashed them together. I was glad to see Beck turned out to be a good guy after all - would he have stayed that way if the series had gone on? And how would they go about exposing the corrupt government, other than just starting the war? I'll miss the show and the way it kept us guessing from week to week. I actually though season two was better than season one, even if they did stray away from the focus on how a small town survived a disaster - the twists and suspense stepped up a notch.
