For the first time in many years, the game lived up to the commercials on Super Bowl Sunday! It was an exciting, down-to-the-wire finish, and, though I wanted the Patriots to punish the Giants for beating my Packers, I will grudgingly give the Giants credit for that amazing final drive. Now, on to the commercials, where the contest for favorite wasn't very close in my mind. If you know me, then you can probably guess which one gets top marks from me. Yes, the Budweiser commercial where the dalmatian trains the Clydesdale so he can win a spot on the team next year. It's one that could be appreciated even if you didn't get the "Rocky" spoof. I also liked the Bridgestone commercial with the screaming squirrel! My vote for most disturbing had to be the Career Builder spot where the hear jumps out of the woman's chest, leaving that hole in her shirt. Maybe it's just that we've come to expect so much from the ads, but I thought they weren't as impressive as year's past. What did you think? Tell me your favorite, least favorite, etc. If you missed any, they've posted them at myspace - www.myspace.com/superbowlads. Can't wait to hear from you!
