Walker Stays in Draft

Greetings Folks!!   I'm convinced that K-State's Billy Walker would have been better served to return to college, so would have KU's Mario Chalmers.... but the decision has been made.  Walker's knee tweak would hardly have convinced him to return to Manhattan as I'm not sure how mentally Walker would have been for a return to college.  He seems very determined that he's a pro, or else.  As for Chalmers, it's difficult to argue against the idea that he's already hit the jackpot in terms of his legacy for college basketball.  How do you top "the shot?"    Too bad... we'll miss them both.  NBA Draft Day on June 26th should be incredibly interesting.   How do you think it will turn out?

Walker will do fine in the NBA. He won't be a regular player, but he will be around a while. As for Chalmers, he will not be around for a long time. And yes, he will be traded several times before he is done. As for the previous post regarding jail, come on, get a life.

I think both will go early 2nd round, and Mario will end up playing a long time for several teams, kind of a Jacque Vaughn kind of guy. Walker will end up in Europe or jail. (I obviously am not a Walker fan).
