Lee Ward from Topeka is the "Greatest Forecaster In The Word!!! for the moment". Sorry this took me a long time to finalize. Lee forecasted that 4 inches of snow would fall in Emporia on the 28th/29th snowstorm and hit it right on the button! I also had reports of 5 to 6 inches in Emporia, but the 4 value was the "official total". I had 5.9", and many of you were in the 5 to 6 range. Great job everybody.
