Hello Mr. Goodwin. I enjoy your weather presentations. Could you explain the cause for the heavy fog this Sunday morning? At times I could barely see about 75 feet in front of me. Thanks!
heavier than normal rain the past few months... moist ground light winds last night, and clear skies. dense fog is not out of the ordinary. note: grass usually turns crispy brown in august/early september. right now it is very green and has been all summer. due to heavier than normal rainfall. hope that helps. also, fog tends to be thicker in valleys and near water.

So you wondered on the Sun. news how people start sigevents such as a Toga party to beat out a record in the G Book...It is Greek to me!! I think it goes like this;JeremyG. thinks we should start an online toga party, so throw on your sheet and blog him you are dressed and with him..if he gets 200 people to blog him he will do the weather in a toga..this is the first ever online toga party so we can win the Guiness Book record....let's go..toga ...toga...yes, I have my sheet on...how about you...see how easy it is Jeremy!! Love the weather in a toga
if it raised $10,000 for the United Way... maybe. :)

We are headed to Green from Topeka. Should we turn and go through Manhattan or stay on I70 and head to Junction City?
