Not The Chapman Tornado
This picture is going "viral" on the Internet. But... it is not from Chapman, or Here is the source.

That cloud is actually the "rotating wall cloud". The entire thing is not the tornado. I have seen it reported to have produced a "small brief torndo" and have also heard it did not touch down at all.

it's about 3 minutes in(past the dog video as the guy is fixing the camera)... but you will understand better that it isn't a massive tornado after you see the vid. At 5:36 in the video... the cloud is almost on the ground, but not a tornado.
