This map shows portions of eastern Kansas with 2 to 4 inches of rain more than "average" so far.  But, look to our east and south, the numbers are extreme.  Some portions of the Midwest are 12 to 20 inches AHEAD of average for rainfall in 2008.  And, more is expected to hit on Thursday.
