Should Miami Get the Death Penalty?

In the wake of the Yahoo! Sports article, what do you think should happen to Miami? What should happen to the players involved who are still at the school? What should happen to the players involved who are at other schools (i.e. Arthur Brown)?
Personally, I wouldn't be surprised if "The U" gets the "Death Penalty" having to disband it's football program (for at least a year). I think Mizzou is in trouble with Frank Haith (former Miami basketball coach) at the helm. I wouldn't be surprised if he was asked to hit the bricks. K-State doesn't seem to be too worried about the Brown brothers, but I'm not sure how players who willingly took extra benefits are immune, even if they've transferred.
